Hello,

 My name is Macey Page, and I am 4 years old.

I live in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire with my Mummy, Daddy and little sister Robyn.

I also have two big brothers called Reece and Connor.

I have a disability called Cerebral Palsy which unfortunately, I will always have.

 However, I have the opportunity to go to St Louis children's hospital in Missouri America, for a life changing operation.

This procedure is called SDR (Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy)
